    I guess from state to state traditions changed.. Christmas trees were on the burn pile when New Years came in.. Maybe next year I will change my habit and see if my luck changes...You never know.

    I dislike cold, rainy-*ass weather.

    Hell of a way to begin the new year.

    *The addition of "ass" to any word, makes it really Southern.


    Example:

    Large automobile

    Big car ~ (Southern)

    Big-ass car ~ (Really Southern)



    Of course, to have made this post completely Southern, instead of writing "Hell of a ..." ~ I would have written Hellava.

    ...yesterday was dry and sunny but temp around 9.

    yuck...past that drunk stage, it's more of a permanent unpleasant feeling of "what time/day is it". Holidays are disorienting, you stay up late talking to friends and eating a load of junk (drink has no effect when you're grazing constantly) wake up late and the day is over before you even get moving. We planned to go to the cinema and buy a carpet this afternoon but it's already past 13:00...

    ... flip flops covered...
    ...point no fingers regarding bad perms...



    but got it under control eventually...
