    Met friends for breakfast this morning... thinking about that menu OT put up, had myself a ham & cheese omelette. Mmmmm, tasty.

    Hope the Cowboy game this afternoon is as good as the Ranger game was last night! Woo hoo -- 15-5 final score. Great way to get to the World Series!!!

So for all of those out there that have that old blue monday thing, here is a choice that you should be happy to make. Ham and eggs or steak and eggs.     Rangers will play St Louis, g/f! I'm glad about that since I bought a teeshirt & hat last time I was at a conf in St Louis. Now I'll have something to burn in effigy if need be!

    Not sure what the latest deep fried is... but we were just talking about that this morning and decided not to waste our time (or coupons) on such nonsense... when there's Fletcher's Corny Dogs, Jacks Fries and Pineapple Whip to splurge on!

    Can't wait! Expecting a cold front to move in tonight and cool things off the rest of the week. High Thurs 73. Better bundle up... we may freeze out there!

    Shows how much I've been paying attention to baseball. LOL...BEAT THE CARDS!!!!

    Yum, corn dogs!!!! Sure do miss those! Ran a 5K race on Sunday, and after the race they had BBQ with cornbread, 3 bean salad, and collared greens. Least I think they were collared greens. Yummy! and potato salad and the best part was the free BEER!!! So I had my cheat meal for the next month!!!

    Yes, that was my first 5K. I've gotten slower, LOL, which is not how it's supposed to work. I thought I had a pretty good time this event, but just checked the results and boy am I SLOW!!!

    Oh well, it was still loads of fun!
