    You said "imprison people". That gives the impression that they were imprisoned by the private companies. In actuality, they were contracted to provide and operate a prison by the state.

    You have no duty to ever speak to the police. So, just keep your mouth shut, let the officer's actions hang himself in both a criminal and civil court room and then make your first phone call be to your attorney to inform them of the jurisdiction in which to begin legal proceedings.

    Once that town gets bled dry a few times for putting idiots on the street and their insurance company informs them that they will no longer provide coverage for their dumb policies, they will see the need to stop harassing you with random pull-overs having no reasonable and articulable suspicion for doing so.

    A few well placed lawsuits into the side of that jurisdiction, like a few well placed AGM-65 Mavericks from the air into the side of an enemy's tank, will work wonders for police state relief.

    Fire and forget.

    What happens when people don't answer the fake cops and tell them to get ****ed?

    "Am I being detained officer?"
    "Am I free to go then, officer?"
    "I had better call my lawyer"
    "I do not consent to searches"

    Learn those 4 phrases and say nothing else.

    Just realize that this does't apply to border patrol. They can literally detain you without arresting you or telling you why. You have absolutely no rights with them. You can present them with a valid passport proving American citizenship, and it means nothing to them. They are above the law. Hell, they can torture you, and nothing will be done to them. nor will you be able to bring them to justice.

    Oh, and I should add that their authority extends 100 miles from the actual border in either direction.

    They could literally just shoot you and leave you in an unmarked grave, and nothing can be done. Just remember that when people complain about pigs. They are truly disgusting individuals, and the OP just looooooooooves people like them.

    I just tell them to have fun, and try to find people a bit closer to home like a municipal or state government that might be a bit more susceptible to their logic.

    They ALWAYS refuse to take me up on that sage advice. I've even had a few imbeciles tell me that they won't be happy until everybody lives under their regime, but until then, nobody will.

    That tells me they really don't believe the garbage they woof. They just want me to pay for their stupidity.

    Pray tell who exactly is this "we" that dares to threaten a sitting justice of the united state supreme court, in a blatantly desperate effort to avoid legal review?

    If the proposed measure on the part of yourself is indeed constitutional, as is being claimed on the part of yourself, what does one have to fear from letting the united state supreme court actually do its job?
