    I said as much in my post. A million dollars for a 4 day suspension? They really do need to get rid of him.

    I made no such agreement when I entered the Army. And government ignores the first amendment frequently. No waiver.

    They should fire him just because he is to stupid and ignorant to be servant of the people as a policeman should be. He is holding a job that is supposed to serve and protect taxpayers that pay his salary.

    You agreed to abide by the UCMJ, which will punish you for your words. Do you think you could have told your drill sergeant to **** off without any consequences?

    So you are suggesting that the UCMJ is unconstitutional since it doesn't provide for freedom of speech?
