Two months into his presidency, as he did often on the campaign trial, President Joe Biden asked America to embrace the legitimacy of government.

“Put trust and faith in our government to fulfill its most important function, which is protecting the American people,” the 46th president implored his country in a March 2021 speech on the anniversary of the COVID-19 lockdowns.

On Friday, after being stung by abortion and gun rights rulings by the Supreme Court that he disagreed with, the president changed his tune and launched a verbal assault on America’s judicial branch of government and its iconic marbled court of nine justices.

The president took a blowtorch to the Supreme Court in language clearly designed to undermine its legitimacy. He accused the justices of waging a “deliberate effort over decades to upset the balance of our law" and decried their “extreme and dangerous path", as he insisted the nation’s highest court had made the “United States an outlier among developed nations” by reversing the half-century-old Roe v. Wade decision.

A day earlier, he slammed the court’s verdict that the Second Amendment’s right to bear arms extended to carrying in public, calling that decision “unconstitutional.”

In so doing, Biden trampled his own promise to embrace government and the rule of law. He also veered from the civility most presidents and senior political leaders have shown the court, even when it ruled against their wishes.…

    Investigative
news reporter John Solomon has uncovered some very interesting information here. The documentation of the differences between Biden and his predecessors in dealing with the Supreme Court and setbacks from it is enlightening. Joe Biden is the danger here to the legitimacy of government.

These facts show that our government is fractured and that one side can accept no setback or be tolerant of ideas other than its own.

For liberals court judges have always been their best friends..... until they aren't any more. Then it's okay to protest in front of their homes, intimidate their families and hang them in effigy.

Biden's an idiot and a liar and he has yet to condemn the attempted assassination of a Justice to alter a decision because he is pro-insurrection when it comes to a fellow branch of government that has a different political viewpoint.

That about sums it up, and them not prosecuting protesters in front of justices private homes as required by federal law regarding the attempted influencing and intimidation of the judiciary regarding a case.

They’re overturning established precedent at an alarming pace.

Plessy, Korematsu and Dred Scott were all precedent, do you want to return to those?

Roe and Casey were anchored in fiction. If you want a National Standard, which you claim is wildly popular, then pass it through Congress.

Biden is nothing but a moron who should be ignored. Even Ruth Bader Ginsberg may have sided with the majority opinion to overturn Roe vs. Wade.

Proof that Biden is a fake. I guarantee he can’t stand the sight of gays and trannies either. He’s an actor/puppet for his party. Nothing less.

Lol. There is nothing in the Bill of Rights or Constitution that has anything to do with “abortion”. We are just eliminating the liberal garbage from our red states. Liberal women can still run to the murder-centers in their blue states. What’s the problem?

Biden seems to have a problem with democracy, he’s even a threat to it.

No doubt. It’s all a charade. He cares as much about blacks as that former Democrat Klansmen Governor Ralph Northam.

And the Supreme Court can't make law, which is why RvW was never "the law".

Wrong. The Democrats control the WH, the House and the Senate. On top of all of this, if every ruling doesn’t go their way, they instantly riot. You are asleep at the wheel.

Established precedent was overturned when they legalized abortion. Now we have returned to the former. Or are you talking about the Biden administration and the lefts continued assault on long held American values and standards.

The people in Washington aren't the ones demonstrating/rioting. Your argument is apples and lug nuts.
