    There's a lot to educate.

For one thing, how to wear a mask properly. I've seen plenty of people wearing it under their noses and even under their chins; obviously it won't work like this. Plus, they touch and readjust it all the time. They remove it often in order to talk to people so that they are better heard - well, it should the be opposite; talking to people increases risk. Also, they often wear ineffective masks. Neck goiters for example were shown in a study to actually worsen transmission. Bandanas were shown to only protect 2%. Single layer cloth masks are also lousy. Having at least a second layer greatly enhances efficacy. There are ways to increase the seal (therefore mask efficiency) with simple and cheap techniques like the 3-rubber band technique. There are safer ways to don and doff a mask without touching its surface to decrease contamination.

And then, for mask denials, there's studies that could be "translated" into simple, layman terms, to educate the population that masks are indeed helpful and not a political statement, but rather, a public health tool. Celebrities and popular figures from both ends of the ideological spectrum might be invited to do it.

And also, the population that does wear masks needs to be told they shouldn't be over-confident just because they are wearing a mask, because while masks do help a lot, they are not 100% protective so people, even masked, should still keep social distance and should still practice hand hygiene including before and after they touch their masks.

So, no, there's plenty to teach the population about, and we haven't had any large educational campaign here, unlike in other countries.

Recently, before November 3rd, the NFL put together an ad showing several of the most sympathetic and beloved star players, giving advice to people to vote. Nothing partisan, no preference expressed for candidates, just stressing the importance of voting.

In foreign TV I've seen similar celebrities (soccer players, soap opera stars) participating in educational campaigns to promote mask use; which is good because it's not partisan. Why can't we have this here?

My supplementation with Zinc, D3, Vitamin C and others has been so effective that I have not caught the stealth virus, and there are many others in my situation.
