The federal government has lists of those in this country illegally and legally. These are apparently available for each state. The illegal vote may have been very significant in AZ and other states. I find it fascinating that we have a list of those people in our country illegally. How did we accomplish that.
In some areas they are inculcating a sense of entitlement in these people, making them think they have a right to vote.
Arizona does exactly that. See: this 2016 article -- "Pulling state voter-registration forms, one by one, from the stack on her desk, Rios typed in each prospective voter's name, date of birth, and "alien registration number" into a Department of Homeland Security database known as SAVE, or the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements program." What makes you think that?
