I've never heard of this. but I caught the tail end of it on a talk radio show this morning discussing our looming economic crash which one guy said was inevitable. they said the 4 ways are (I didn't hear the last 1): 1. Adjust interest rates 2. Print more money 3. sell debt 4 ? Does anybody know the last 1? the guy on the radio said that the 3 tests have already failed, and the last one is sure to fail. causing total FREEZE of banks and assets of citizens. this is serious.
