I went to my first Packer game over 58 years ago and I can say that two games that stand out were the Packer-Cowboy championship games in 1966-1967

    Lombardi vs Landry

I was in Thailand in 1967 and the game came on Armed Forces radio at 2:00 am. My friends and I were passed out long before kickoff and I missed the whole game.

Well Atlanta is just about done spanking Seattle and MAN the game was more about Seattle just SUCKING more so than the Falcons playing well although I am not trying to take away from the Falcons win I just cannot believe how BAD the Seahawks played!! LOL!!

The Patriots are on next and it will be a destruction of the Texans.

Congrats, cheeseheads. Five more minutes and it might have been different, but I'm not bitter. Nah, I'm fine.

Look at where your team is this season as compared with the past.

The 1st quarter was a defensive problem as well as offensive play calling for the Cowboys and that is where the game was lost. The rookies did not crack under pressure and this was good experience not only for them but the coaching staff as well. No Cowboy player should hang their head. The Cowboys are now a serious threat and experience only makes them better.

Look to the AFC, for the 14th time in 16 years the QB will be named Ben, Peyton or Tom.

The QBs in 3 of the final 4 teams all have SB rings and the other may well be this year's NFL MVP

The Cowboys with a rookie QB made it with a bunch of elite folks and need to look to the positive and build on that.

Sorry Sweetie but it just was not meant to be.

Looks like it will be the Patriots and the Packers in this years Super Bowl.

Atlanta is a great team but I think the Pack is just too much for them.

As far as the Steelers...lol.....well.....the Patriots have had their number for a LOOOOOOONG TIME!! LOL!!!

    There is always next year!!

I think the biggest victory for the Cowboys was the fact that their owner did not come and force the coach to put Romo in as QB!! LOL!!

All I could think was.....OK...any moment because the Cowboys are behind Jerry Jones is going to start screaming to replace Dak with Romo!!!

I was waiting for it too. Perhaps the voice of the fans and apparel sales was too much for even Jerry to do his usual boneheaded stuff.

All he had to do was tour the nation and notice all of the Cowboys jerseys being worn not just in Texas. He could visit the locker room and notice the buzz among the team, they had juice.

In New England the Brady and Gronk jerseys are everywhere but this year during my business travels around this country I noticed a lot of Dak, Dez, Jason and Zeke jerseys being worn. I personally saw no Blomo jerseys. That should tell you something

I think they should do away with by weeks. The Cowboys started off sluggish and had to play catchup. If they had played the whole game like last quarter, might have ended differently. Green Bay looked good, but not great. Gonna be another ho-hum super bowl.

    = my $.02

You're right, Jerry Jones ruined them for the play-offs by sidelining Prescott and Elliott at the Eagles game and letting Eagles win. No other team does that. As a result, thanks to psychopath Jones, neither one played for two weeks.

Jerry Jones has ruined the cowboys for too long

I have said this many times......the Cowboys will NEVER win a Super Bowl with Tony Romo at Quarterback!!

Dak is a good young QB but unlike a Brady he has not shown that intangible winning aura necessary in a great Quarterback.

    Stats mean NOTHING!!!

    Super Bowl Victories DO!!!

I hardly think it will be ho hum!! LOL!!!

There are 4 really good teams left and I think it will be Patriots/Packers or Patriots/Falcons.

    LOL!!!

Come on sweetie if your a true NFL Fan you watch the Super Bowl no matter who is playing!!!!

I watch every year as up here in Massachusetts Super Bowl Sunday is a NATIONAL HOLIDAY as everyone throws parties and my family and friends as many times the party is at my home as I have a large home with all sorts of grilling and smoking capabilities as I am THE KING OF HICKORY SMOKED BABY BACK RIBS........7 hours in my smoker with the best rub existing and hickory, cherry and apple wood as well as several cut up Granny Smith Apples generating smoke and moisture and the cherry and apple wood comes from my own trees.....well....anyways...

.......point being it is a LOT of FUN and although we are lucky as the Patriots are ALWAYS in the playoffs as this will be their 6th in a row AFC Championship Game.....as well the Patriots have been in the playoffs just about every single year since 1996!!!

The New England Patriots have only missed the Playoffs 4 times in 1999, 2000, 2004 and 2008 since the year 1996!!!!

That means in 21 YEARS the New England Patriots have made the playoffs 17 TIMES!!!!

Won 4 Super Bowls went to 7 in that time and we HAVE IT GOOD!! LOL!!

But my point is if your a true fan.....WATCH THE GAME AND HAVE SOME FUN!!

Now see if I was a Cowboys Fan I would want Green Bay to win that way I would know the team that beat us was the best!!

But because Atlanta won that means the Cowboys are not even the 2nd best in the NFC.

    LOL!!!

Ok well I am sure you will get a lot of media coverage right up there with the coverage the K.C. Chiefs are getting as some players complain about an obvious holding call they committed against the Steelers on a failed 2 point conversion that would have tied the game!! LOL!!

And the shellacking GB and Pitt got, says the 2 teams left are the cream of the crop.
The offense for GB made mistakes they could not afford to make with their very bad D. And their very bad D, missed a few turnover opportunities. The ball did not bounce GBs way.

Green Bay did not even show up!!!

    It was awful!!!

    They should be embarrassed!!!

The Steelers at least tried but they were just vastly outclassed by the Patriots.

The magic of 2010 could not repeat itself. No they did not show up. I think they just ran out of gas and players. And Atlanta has a potent offense.
One of the starting corners really doesn't belong in the NFL, but was forced to start and cover the top receiver the last 3 weeks.

Honestly I have never seen Green Bay play that badly.

Atlanta is a good team but I mean...COME ON!!!!

The Green Bay players were making mistake after mistake after mistake and I have NEVER seen such a poorly executed game as this one by the Packers!!

Actually I don't think I have ever seen such a poorly executed game plan in a Playoff Game ever!!

I saw worse, this season. At 4 - 2, injuries hit the 2ndary and LB. ARod was off. 4 games later, they were 4-6. Giving up 40/game. I didn't think they were gonna win the rest of the season.

I fully expected GB would have to put up a min of 35 pts against Atlanta. And they dug themselves a hole they couldn't crawl out of. Missed FG, and fumble on 1st 2 possessions.
