    Yeah, sure it has. But you can't prove it false right now?

    My challenge: You can't cite the language in the constitution (article, section, clause, and text) that prohibits any of the several sovereign states from leaving the union.

    Unless you reply with the article, section, clause, and specific text, you fail and I win.

    Okay, well, I think I’ve let you troll long enough to allow people to see how I win and you lose.

    You can't cite the language in the constitution (article, section, clause, and text) that prohibits any of the several sovereign states from leaving the union. I have successfully forced you to make this obvious to everyone several times. The point has been made. I’ve had my fun.

    I assume you will reply with some trollishness like, "Your claim has been proven false”, in which case I will ignore your trolling, won’t deign to reply, and will revel in my defeat of you. In that case, have a nice whatever.

    Isn't it hilarious? I literally got the guy to say "Proven false" about a hundred times. Posterity will see how vapid the authoritarian left is. What a great example.

    And even after I said, "I know you're going to say, 'Proven false'", the lefty still says, "Proven false". It's hilarious. Or was it, "KMart sucks". I can't remember.

    Perhaps it's a product of state education?

    Well, I've proven my point. I'm not going to reply to his trolling anymore.

    Indeed. He even said "proven false" when I quoted the Constitutional text he stated said was quoted in the ruling, in effect responding "proven false" to his own assertion.

    So I guess he's proven himself false.

    He doesn't even read what he quotes here, let alone the court ruling he quoted!

    Oh look...not a single article, section clause and text of the Constitution is anywhere to be found.

    In addition, it does not say that a state can not secede, it just states that in rather specious reasoning of the author a state can not secede unilaterally.

    It would appear that @Longshot was correct after all.

    Yep. No citation of article, section, or clause forbidding any of the several sovereign states from leaving the union. Which was what I said like seven million posts ago.

    We know. If it were in the constitution, he or she wouldn't dodge a million posts about it without easily copy and pasting the text they are referring to in the constitution. They lost this debate lol

    Now he just keeps saying, "I refuted your claims regarding secession."

    He fails to realize that the claim was that the treaty contains no prohibition on any of the several sovereign states from leaving the union. All that is needed to refute this claim is to produce the text in the treaty that contains such a prohibition.

    Because there is no such text, he can't produce the text. Therefore, he can't refute the claim.

    He's caught between a rock and a hard place. It's hilarious.

    Of course he or she is saying that. Their only defense is "It's in the court ruling." But they refuse to cite the constitutional text....the main part.... lol

    Which was my assertion in the first place. I said the constitution contained no language forbidding any of the sovereign states from leaving the union.

    They have yet to cite any such language.

    You've cited no text from the constitution, sorry. You keep citing a court ruling, which also cites no text from the constitution.

    You can't win because you can't cite the text prohibiting any of the several sovereign states from leaving. Because no such text exists.

    You look silly when you just keep saying, "I already did", when a simple copy and paste would settle the matter.
