Well it’s easy to make a case when you can simply make it up as you go along, introduce evidence that supports your telling of events and refuse to introduce evidence that does not support your telling of events, you don’t have to deal with cross examination or rebuttal, the defendant isn’t present and isn’t allowed to have a defense and you have nothing but grossly partisan “judges”. I wonder if Schiff will fabricate portions of another narrative today like he did in the impeachment… or hell since he doesn’t actually have to prove his position, he can just fabricate it out of whole clothe and say how Trump was colluding with the Proud Boys and the Mafia and the KKK and the ghosts of Adolf Hitler and the leaders of the confederacy to overthrow the government lol

Nearly all of the *sworn* testimony has been Republicans. Nearly all of what Trump and his crazies has been saying is "fabricating of evidence out of thin air and making up stories" and you know it. Project much?
No Schiff is on record fabricating a phone call to a house testimonial hearing. What’s to say he won’t just do it again? In so far as the republicans you’re talking about, they’re being fed leading questions which would never be allowed in a court of law, their testimony is being edited and truncated to not include portions that are detrimental to the case and they’re not allowed to be cross examined. This is a pathetic fraud of a sham which will NEVER see a court room because it would NEVER hold up. Furthermore they’ve tainted ANY possibility of a fair trial so that this CANT go to court lol Which they did on purpose because they KNOW they don’t have enough for an actual court. Hence why they’re playing this out on prime time television. To attempt to influence as many people as they can with their little scam here and then smash Garland for not taking him to court. When they KNOW there’s not a DA in the country with two brain cells to rub together who would ever let this see a court room.
Easy solution here. Trump can tell his story—testify—to the committee. They’d certainly accommodate him and the networks would offer space in prime time to insure his story reached the widest audience. The same applies to Meadows, Scavino, Navarro, Meadows, Bannon, McCarthy, Jordan, Brooks, Perry, Jackson, Biggs, Cruz, Hawley, and Thomas. There is absolutely nothing standing in the way of that becoming reality. Well, with exception to the forum requiring them to testify under oath.
One mistake versus a thousand deliberate lies... I have no doubt you can find a few leading questions, but what about the other 99% that are perfectly admissible..
