The release of 5,000 additional hours of video from the Jan. 6

If I show you hundreds of hours of security camera tape from dozens of banks showing no robbery, including some from the bank I robbed, does that negate my having robbed the bank because there's only 10 minutes of me doing so?

I don't care if there's a million hours of video from Jan 6th showing no violence because no matter how much you show it does not negate the video of police fighting to protect themselves and Congress and people destroying the property of all of us.

The Jan. 6 committee claimed that the insurrection fomented by Trump was aimed at a violent take over of the government, that the goal was always to keep Biden from office.

As part of this attempt, Trump called up his minions and after getting them fired up, sent them to the capitol to take it, stop the election certification, hold hostages, and ultimately see Trump be sworn in as president.

The video does not show a coordinated effort to take control of the capitol, take hostages, or stop the election certification. It shows a crowd of angry, excited *******s damaging our capitol, roaming about the capitol taking pretty much anything not nailed down (one of the big insults was that the beer was stolen from Nancy Pelosi's refrigerator) and ultimately, leaving. No weapons beyond poles, no demand for hostages, no securing of doors to keep cops or the military out, no takeover of the senate chambers.

So, you can turn a blind eye, accept the committee findings, refuse to question why so much has been locked away until anyone who cares is long dead, and claim Trump tried to violently overthrow the government.

Much easier to fool people (with a professionally edited and produced prime time circus) than to convince them they've been fooled (by whatever it is the committee has hidden away).

That's probably because you think that Capitol Police attempting to disperse a trespassing crowd is somehow "inciting." I'm just tired of this whole, "Hey, here is one of the protestors just checking his phone. Therefore, the protest was peaceful" deception.

I'm seeing there may be a reason the peaceful crowd went from peaceful to violent.... Flash bangs and pepper spray tend to piss people off when they are peaceful... taken one guy aside and beating him with their fist in front of them may be another...

There was not adequate security that day.... the direct responsibility of the CP and overseer Pelosi and ilk....there was intel and guards authorized to repel any such crowd... there would have been no protester being flash banged and pepper sprayed to incite the peaceful crowd that day... yea... those videos that the committee left out showing the CP inciting the peaceful crowd on the west wing... flash bangs, rubber bullets, tear gas, pepper spray.... and last but not least a protester being physically beaten with fists by the CP in front of the peaceful crowd... all on video, except not the video the J6 showed...

The "It's Pelosi's fault" conspiracy theory has been debunked. And there's nothing wrong with using flash bangs and pepper spray to disperse a trespassing crowd. They were committing a crime. And please show me any instance of a protester being physically beaten that was unjustified.

 

Was this before or after the doors had been broken down and windows had been broken and barriers had been breached? Hint: it was definitely after barriers had been breached.
