The second amendment whats it mean to you

ISTM each side wants to win one without physical encounter. I am afraid the usual honest differences of opinion and mutual understanding that everyone is less than perfect, has given way to desperately searching for the fluff under the bed which is supposed to prove complete dereliction.
I don't know why but I do consider it a dumbed down understanding of the complexities and contexts of decisions taken, and the petty use of events both past and present supposed to add to the armory against each other.
Let's not destroy the good in the search for the perfect. IMO if you object to an oppositional politics, at least back up your justification by using something important enough to indicate a fundamental problem.
