"People of the book" (Christians and Jews) will be let to live, providing they pay a special tax called "Jizya" and conform of the slave status of "dimmi". 3. Atheist (like most of today's secular Western world), agnostics, masons, Buddhist, Hindus, Shintoists, Confucians and many other "infidels" will have but one choice - convert to Islam or die.
