Hey! What you got against taco trucks, besides I like Tacos. For someone in Cal you should be used them by now, after all they were there first.

    I myself prefer Tex-Mex tacos.

In the beginning it wasn't so bad with just a few taco trucks, now the streets are littered with trash, they don't pay property taxes like a brick and mortar Mexican restaurant does and taco trucks are just to third world.

One thing I noticed of patrons of taco trucks, they don't wash their hands before they eat. Not sure about the taco benders inside the taco trucks.

I have no problem if some day there will be a President Rodriguez as long as it's a Joe Rodriguez and not a Jose Rodriguez.

True, I did not like the Mexican food when lived in LALA Land. They had darn good Chinese food though, I miss that along with Fat Burgers, jeeez I would kill for a Fat Burger.
    Good to know.
Now I have to go get something to eat, see what ya did.

I haven't had a Fatburger in almost 15 years. It's was very successful black owned business which has a cult following. Fatburgers are pretty spread out so there's no competition between the other Fatburgers.

    Fatburger's burgers are fat burgers.

I myself prefer "In n Out."

Did not know that, all I ever saw working there were young kids (to me anyway) with waaaay too many tats and piercings, but the burgers would great.

We have In n Out burgers here now also, I was not all that impressed when I went to one, heck the little lady can out cook them all so I am good in that area anyway.

The 'taco trucks on every corner' Trump surrogate has history of multiple bankruptcies, financial scams

    http://www.nydailynews.com/news/nat...ump-surrogate-accused-scams-article-1.2780427

The Trump surrogate of the hilariously misfired “taco trucks on every corner” fame has been mired in financial woes and shady business transactions.

Director of the so-called Latinos for Trump, Marco Gutierrez, has filed for personal bankruptcy with his wife, Jennifer, a whopping 14 times and has had his real estate license revoked once for shady client transactions.

A woman and former employee of Gutierrez who testified against the couple in court said they would file for bankruptcy but then delay the proceedings as a tactic to save his assets, according to court filings cited by the Quinton Report.

“They explained to me how they were using the bankruptcy court to prevent foreclosure on their home and to prevent other collection efforts, since they had no money,” the woman’s testimony read. “Ms. Gutierrez explained to us that the way they were preventing a foreclosure was by filing for bankruptcy and then not following up on a legal requirement and that case would be dismissed.”

Ortiz takes Trump deep on immigration: 'It's a slap in the face'
Gutierrez is not unlike the GOP nominee he supports in that Trump is no stranger to bankruptcy court. In 18 years, the GOP nominee’s companies filed for bankruptcy four times, a move he has described as a routine business model used by “many many others on top of the business world.”

Gutierrez has also had his career in real estate compromised by at least two investigations into questionable transactions.

According to the Bay Area Mercury, the California Department of Real Estate revoked his broker’s license in 2012 after making two unauthorized charges to a client’s bank account. One charge was for $800.36 for a Sprint cell phone bill and $821.57 for a Comcast bill, the paper reported. Two years later, Gutierrez suspended a restricted broker's license following a second investigation.

Gutierrez told The Daily News that he lost a lot of money during the recession and that the numerous bankruptcy filings were "in good faith." He says he suspended his real estate license in 2014 "because of the regulations of the state."

Trump lags in every state where he owns a golf course
"There were so many, I just didn't want to deal with it anymore," he said. Gutierrez says he still works in real estate, but in another capacity.

News of Gutierrez’s shaky background follows other similar discoveries regarding Trump surrogates who have entered the national spotlight to appeal to minority voters.

Last week, South Carolina pastor and Trump rally regular Mark Burns admitted to having falsified his military service and education during a cringe-inducing interview with CNN anchor Victor Blackwell.

Another Trump fan boy is found to be a chump.

I don't mind taco trucks or any food trucks at all, most of them are fresh cooked meals at the same price as a value meal from a fast food joint. But the problem with the taco trucks here is that most are owned by one guy, and even though they might have a different name the food is the exact same thing. So it's hard pressed to find one with a different flavor and recipe.

I would have less of a concern eating off a taco truck than a sushi truck.

It would be extremely difficult for anyone lacking legal status to get the certifications required to run anything in food service.

Not true at all. All that is required is the food service card.

Obama didnt solve any problems for blacks - he made thing worse for blacks.

And I have never seen a Mexican in Australia. I dont want taco trucks on every corner in Australia. I dont like the idea of mobile food very much at all - especially Mexican.

Just because the snarky liberal media wrote a bunch of stories about how they want taco trucks on every corner does not mean that Trumps taco truck on every corner comment is a backfire. A Trump comment would only be a backfire if the snarky troll liberal media agreed with it.
