    the Roku and Hulu are great

    why is it so many great shows get canceled yet these reality shows keep on going and going....

    The 'success' of reality television.

    Can be traced back years/decades in multiple nations but the reason it is now so popular by the media coperations is because it is Cheap.

    It costs a fraction to make reality tv than building sets/paying actors, writing scripts etc.. for traditional drama.

    The dumbing down of so called entertainiment. It get to a point the media stations will produce whole seasons of a Mime in a invisable box outside a park.

    Firefly- just the opposite of Terra Nova- fun show, good acting, wonderful dialogue and was internally consistant. Loved it.
