The legislature has the power to name the numbers on that court. I doubt it will take Dems more than a few months to get around to it. This nation will be unrecognizable after the first 2 years.

 

0% chance that the court is expanded over the next 2 years

 

That doesn’t mean that they will have the support to do so. Right now several adult Democrats have said that they will not support expanding the court and packing it with liberal rubber stamp justices.

 

There’s a very slim chance, but not a zero chance. I think if they attempted that now, 2022 will be a disaster for the Democrats. The grown ups in the party know that.

 

If Trump gets convicted, Would there be a chance that Trump could get kicked out of Mar-A-Largo?

 

If any of the Republican Senators or Congressmen were to go against Trump, He'd go and ruin them. I don't really know how, but it could happen.

 

No one incited any insurrection, this is the DNC abusing the law to target their political opponents, it's despicable and this is the REAL attack on democracy.

We did make some amount of progress away from that for quite a while, but at present we're experiencing a similar type of leadership - leadership that has used lies and raised opposition to the very root of what we stand for.

Overcoming that is going to take time - especially if the Republican part chooses to continue supporting the politics of Trump that has guided that party for 4 years now.

 

The insurgents say you are absolutely and totally wrong.
