I am a 36 y/o black male.
I have never been to jail.
I grew up since a toddler with a name most would deem as a gangster name if they didn't know it was what everyone knew me as since I was a baby.
I had two RPCs from school and was sent to an opportunity school once for a fight in which I defended myself after several punches from a fellow student in 9th grade.
I participated in use of marijuana in 10th and 11th grade before deciding it wasn't for me. I have never purchased marijuana however.
I grew up with friends of all racial backgrounds and many of my white friend had acid tab parties back then.
I now mentor and have been involved with preparing approximately 250 kids in the last 11 years to college. I am also a very well respected person in my community and work in the emergency response world.
I actually know a lot adults that went though a few troubles as youths that are extremely upstanding citizens.
To say the parent should be extremely harsh on a kid that just turned 17 for getting in trouble for an empty bag of marijuana is extreme as a sit down talk with his parent would cover that incident.
A walk to the store is a lot different than attending some wild party of out with a group of trouble makers.
The crazy part is that there are adults here looking to judge a few minor incident including the assumption of burglary without any arrest.

I was stating that when Medgar was killed white right wingers also tried to put up some excuses.
Like now, right wingers just cant stand to see someone arrested for killing a black teen.

He was NEVER arrested for assaulting his girlfriend..NEVER. To try topretend otherwise is completely disengenuous.

As I correctly stated, his altercation with police was reduced to a DIVERTED VERDICT, which means the court didn't see the first time arrestee as a threat....

Now I am not the smartest guy, but if he returned to his SUV that means he had to get out and follow him since he was unable to find him.

So Zimmerman exchanged words with his back turned, hmmmm, makes sense too me. Not.

Now if he was slamming his head to concrete and broke his nose, why wasn't Z taken to the hospital for treatment.

Not many people go home with a broken nose and lacarations to their head.

Next question when Trayvon was shot was Z laying on the ground and shot up.

Now does the street run behind Austin's house or did Z drive up in the grass.

If Z was parked on the street and was attacked from behind getting his head slammed into the pavement how did Trayvon end up shot dead behind Austin's house?

See something here makes no sense.

Now is Zimmerman's nose on the back of his head, if he was hit from behind how did he get punched in the nose?

I don't see how it's indecent to get to the bottom of a case that is accusing someone of 1st degree murder. All kinds of character attacks are being leveled agains Zimmerman, and with no evince whatsoever.

On the other hand, Zimmerman says he was attacked! We're trying to determine if Trayvon was capable of this.

We've found out Trayvon has records of drug use, jewelry theft and graffiti. He also has many pictures posing with gangster looking wannabes. That is perfectly fine public discourse.

What would you want to shut this down?

Oh no...the crazy part is the linch mod sanctioned by the NBP and no one in in the MSM or authority seems the least bit concerned about it. And if the NBP end up harming Zimmy, that's when crazy really starts.

I just want to say: it bloody sucks!

 

We've all had troubled pasts. The drug use doesn't bother me as much as the theft. I wasn't stealing jewelry as a teen. But regardless, teens deserve patience and understanding. But the idea that this kid was suspended and then allowed to roam the streets late and night by is father is just completely backward. I can't image my parents going for that. Would you?

And I think this at the very least shows that Zimmerman could be telling the truth about every last detail of what happened that night.
