No one is disputing she was paid for her extortion, what don't you get it was not illegal? And news would get to his wife and business associates and and possible investors and him being a public celebrity by trade. It's NOT illegal to pay someone for a NDA. And spare me Cohen the known perjurer. Jack Edwards was charged by tge FEC for the same thing and he was convicted and it was overturned by the SCOTUS fir the same reason.

AND you keep forgetting Bragg is trying to convict him of a crime for which he has no jurisdiction he cannot charge and prosecute people for federal campaign finance violations.
