That doesn’t mean he’s enforcing federal law. I noticed that you tried to be more careful with your words this time, but not careful enough.

Do you want me to explain what an attempt to remove a case involves? I’ve actually done it before. I don’t think you have.

Besides, that’s not what I posted. You just misread it.

    This is what you said...

"read the federal court order remanding the matter back to state court. The court gives a very clear lay out of what the case is about."

What "matter" are you referring to?

That's basically what he's trying to do, since there has been no Federal charge. The FEC even said Trump didn't violate Federal campaign finance laws. That's called "reasonable doubt".

You can't explain it, because you don't know what you're talking about.

Shame on you, Bill. I’m wondering whether I should pull a Wild Bill and report this as flamebaiting.

Witness describes moment man set himself on fire in N.Y. park near courthouse
    Return to menu

A Manhattan resident who came to the plaza near the courthouse to photograph protesters, saw the man set himself on fire. He had a sign saying something about Trump and Biden working together to orchestrate a “coup,” she said, and another one alleging some kind of “Ponzi scheme.” She said he told her to get back, then doused himself with liquid, threw some fliers in the air and doused himself again before flicking a lighter and lighting himself on fire.

    snip

She said she was about 15 feet away.

“I thought it was water” at first, she said of the liquid the man doused himself with. “It happened so fast and took my mind so long to catch up.”

She said she did not wait to “watch him burn to death,” as others did.'

Trump's getting on the stand like I'd be picked by his defense lawyers as a juror after they viewed my PF posts.

'Trump is due back in court for a Sandoval hearing. Here’s what that is.'
    Return to menu

The judge ordered Donald Trump and attorneys to return to court at 3:15 p.m. Friday for what is known as a Sandoval hearing.

The hearing will help inform the participants about what Trump might be asked about on the stand, if he chooses to testify. In short, a Sandoval hearing is held to dissect what prior bad acts, as they are called, can be brought up during such testimony. Knowing what prosecutors will ask about can help defense attorneys decide whether to put their clients on the stand.'

Not to mention the 25 million settlement he paid students who attended his fraudulent "Trump University"
The 2.5 million fine for the self-service milking of his charity.

"Prosecutors filed a Sandoval notice in this case, listing an array of things — what they described as “misconduct and criminal acts” not charged in the indictment — which they planned to ask Trump about, should he take the stand.

That list includes the civil fraud case in which a judge recently ruled against Trump and his companies, finding that they carried out a years-long scheme to use false financial data to borrow money at lower rates. They also listed the findings in E. Jean Carroll’s two civil lawsuits against Trump, in which one jury concluded that Trump sexually abused and defamed Carroll and awarded her $5 million in damages, while a second jury weighing the defamation added more than $80 million in damages to that total.

At the hearing, Trump’s defense team will probably push back on the prosecutors’ proposed topics.'

"A full jury, including alternates, has been selected for Donald Trump’s hush money trial in New York, setting the stage for opening statements in the case next week.

Five alternate jurors were picked Friday, joining the 12 jurors and one alternate who had previously been selected. With that, the trial now has a full panel of 12 jurors and six alternates in place after four days of jury selection.

The judge has said he expects opening statements to take place Monday.

    Here's what to know

'Jurors’ names are being kept secret, even as they discussed their occupations and interests during jury selection. Here is what we know about the jurors in the case.'
