These has been a lot of talk about the requirements for impeachment In the following video, Donald Trump Gives his his pre-presidential opinion on this topic As you can see, Trump does not think an actual crime is required for impeachment He is pretty impressed with Pelosi And that Bill Clinton was essentially impeached over nothing Finally, in my opinion there is a very distinct difference between the vocal manner of THAT Donald Trump and what we see today. If you just look at the logical coherence of what he says... imo there is a very noticeable difference that is pretty hard to dispute. So there you have it.... the requirements for impeachment set out by Donald Trump himself... and an indictable crime is not one of those requirements.
What is most interesting is that Trump believed that a President lying was grounds for impeachment. It would be interesting to know if he still believes that. That would mean over 15 thousand articles of impeachment for him at this point.
It hardly matters what Trump thinks of impeachment. He is the accused, and his opinion is meaningless.
