They seem well documented and straight forward.

Not "random" payments but RETAINER payments. From an accounting perspective a RETAINER is a special kind of payment that has legal requirements in how they are used and how they are taxed.

That's hilarious. Faux facts are no facts at all.

There will come a point where jail will be a reality. I think Trump realizes this and he better mind his P's and Q's or else he'll face incarceration.

I heard all evidence, meaning they have to have someone bring the evidence into being admitted via a witness

It might be something the judge will have to do whether he wants to or not. It will have to be done. If you and/or I did what Trump is doing, we'd go to jail and that's all there is to it.

And nothing to do with the trial simply another attempt to smear Trump. The judge just handed them their appeal and reversal.

Trump didn't and they were recorded in his PERSONAL bank ledger and as a legal expense perfectly reasonable. What was the harm in doing so? Who was defrauded? And the STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS IS LONG GONE ANYWAY.

Then why is she testifying. We know what was being covered up what does what type of pajama's Trump was wearing have to do with it or whether he wore a condom?

When the Bimbo squad recorded their expenses to cover up the expenses to hush the women making accusations against Bill they listed them as "legal expenses", when the Hillary campaign used campaign funds to pay for the phoney dossier they listed it as a "legal expense". Who went to jail for those?

FALSE the payment is not in contention. Trump is not charged with a crime for making the payments to here, the NDA was not illegal nor any money paid for it. The SEX is denied but that was legal too. And her testimony clears Trump.

They were NOT MADE FROM CAMPAIGN FUNDS. Geez you still can't get the right can you.

Why were the Clintons able to use campaign funds without going to jail to cover up Bill's women coming forward?

I see you are on a race to see how many incorrect statements you can come up with in a single post. Yes, the defense's case does rely on what I just said.

It doesn't have to come from campaign funds to be a campaign contribution. You are the only person on the planet who doesn't get this yet.

It was a GUESS and you betcha if he does take the stand he has to consider will the judge fine him. Even after the judge had to issue a clarification Trump would be stupid to no put anything past this judge just look at how the judge handled the Daniels testimony yesterday. It should have been stopped the minute she started to detail the sex she alleges occurred.

I see you are winning the race to misrepresent what the trial is about and for what he is charged. They payments are NOT denied. It's how they were listed in his private checking account that is on trial.

He didn't just "guess." He stated this lie multiple times, and not just as a question. I realize you can only defend Trump by hiding from what he's said. You've made that clear.

Catch up. Defense claims that the payments were non-political. Read. Learn. I'm tired of tutoring for free.

You accidentally make a good point. If the issue was just hiding this from Melania, he could’ve just written her a check himself, I doubt she has access to all his bank accounts. There was no need for all the Michael Cohen shell company nonsense

did the defense object, nope.... that is on them

but it's valid in this case as the motive for hiding the payout was the sexual nature of it and the effect on his campaign

You are wrong on this point. Perusing this forum, there are quite a few who do not, or don't want to, get it.
And I don't think they ever will, based on the responses I've read here. They will just argue everything, and as their arguments spiral, they will return back to the original argument over again, even though it is already a dead issue.
One thing I can say is that the loyalty to Trump is strong among Trump supporters. Not sure why, but they believe he is "the chosen one". Maybe they need a hero.
In my heart I know that Trump does not return that loyalty. He can't, because, in his mind, he is the only one who deserves his loyalty.

    Material wearing thin?
    Whatabout, Whatabout, Whatabout? :bored:
Sounds like Trump has nothing to worry about...
So? Why are his supporters acting so worried?
To hear MAGA Nation tell it:
Trump will Win on appeal (if found guilty) and all of this " persecution" will elicit enoigh public sympathy to catapult Trump to a 538-0 Win in the EC...
So? Once again: Why are his supporters acting so worried?

So OK for the Clinton's but not Trump. The FEC didn't even fine the Trump campaign they did the Clinton campaigns why no criminal charge?

Do you even bother to keep up?

YES they objected many many times and do you jnow what the judge said after her direct testimony ended and he sent the jury out of the room?

This will probably be at the top of the list of reversible errors this idiot judge has committed.
