Trump accuses top FBI, DOJ officials of politicizing probes as memo release looms

"The top Leadership and Investigators of the FBI and the Justice Department have politicized the sacred investigative process in favor of Democrats and against Republicans - something which would have been unthinkable just a short time ago," the president tweeted. "Rank & File are great people!"

Comey. (Republican) Appointed by W. (Republican)

Mueller. (Republican) Appointed by H.W. (Republican)

Rosenstein. (Republican). Appointed by Trump. (Republican)

Wray. (Republican). Appointed by W. (Republican)

And then we get to Nunes and his memo. By all accounts, this memo is the GOP take a classified swath of information, passed through the gastrointestinal system of Nunes' office (many say Nunes hasn't bothered to read the underlying documents (because he's the ultimate stooge consistently putting Trump before country)).

The Justice Department is “unaware of any wrongdoing relating to the FISA process,” Mr. Boyd wrote. He also revealed that Mr. Nunes has not personally examined the underlying materials on which his memo is based, but rather had delegated that task to Representative Trey Gowdy, Republican of South Carolina. Mr. Boyd also wrote that the F.B.I. director, Christopher A. Wray, had personally asked to let the bureau see a copy of the memo, but had been rebuffed."

Look at the facts. The top leadership are all republicans. The memo is a document written specifically for the GOP with no input or sign-off from dems. It's been heavily criticized by these leaders as being cherry-picked to draw inaccurate conclusions that serve the GOP.
