Thanks and likewise. I misunderstood you as well.
I am guilty of trying to read through too many posts too quickly.

Problem is how highly sensitive Donald is.(And I can sort of sympathize, being highly sensitive myself.) To Donald, these things hurt. The major difference between me and Donald, is if I was POTUS, I'd be laughing at these skids myself. It'd be like "Yeah, whatever, I'm POTUS and you're a third rate actor." That's how Trump needs to treat this. Otherwise, it's falling into the Left trap.

the trap that worked so well in that past nine months ?
They tried hard to dominate public perception, he outflanked them at every turn, and did it for free via twitter.

I agree; but the point to keep in mind is that The Donald is not yet a trained politician. He's the one thing that this nation hasn't had for many, many decades; a citizen turned president. It's going to take him time to begin THINKING like a trained politician. That is both a good and a bad thing.

Exactly. Why wait for the media to do it when he can put his own spin and narratives out there instantly. Lord knows his supporters are going to need a pretty consistent dose of alternate reality during this presidency or some of them might get ticked off when he shows his true colors in the Oval Office. Which one is your favorite? Anti-establishment Trump? Uprising election Trump? Champion of the American worker Trump? Or the personal favorite of the religious folks, God is acting through him Trump?

There's just so many to choose from!

At least Alec Baldwin is funny. Trump just comes across as petulant. Social media is not the way to go. Its unprofessional.

It is for Trump because he can bypass the mainstream media which would otherwise skew what he wants to get across.

And for what was Obama blamed for again too often by the righties?
However ... why not using You Tube next time instead TV for the Presidential speeches to America? This way he can make more business profit as president or reducing costs too, depending of how many people click the video? :roflol:

Twitter is unprofessional.. I would NOT advise any young person who is ambitious to waste their time tweeting.

Trump should get busy and do the work, not react to everything.. He went off on SNL for God's sake. What a putz.

So he's not only tweeted his disdain for freedom of speech. Now it's freedom of expression.

This clown is getting really absurd.

That part is obvious. He's too thin skinned to deal with certain countries; ie, North Korea? I mean, the Dear Leader is a mirror of his NK counterpart.

How is THAT going to play out??

Good question.. Americans are concerned about laws against hate speech. With Trump in office he may be the only American exempt. Pence came out and said he was not offended by what happened at "Hamilton".. yet Trump who NEVER apologizes for his nasty remarks, demanded they apologize to Pence.

    Trump is a nutjob.

Trump is imposing his own form of political correctness, haven't you figured that out yet? While the "left" promoted their political correctness through public shaming - which is harmless to anyone with integrity (remember the failed attempt to publicly shame Chick-Fil-A?) - Trump attempts to impose his form of political correctness through public whining. Quite pathetic for any adult let alone a self-proclaimed leader.

The real test will be to see if Trump can resist the urge to use government power to shut his critics up, or will he give in to his fascist nature.

Obama has a problem with items presented as honest "news" that is in fact deliberately not accurate to down right lying.
Trump has a problem with comedy.

Well I can spot a difference.

Twelve days ago America lost, it'll just take the nation some time to sober up from its idiotic, rage-induced tantrum to realize it.

Just knowing he took down the Clinton and Bush families is enough.
But watching him make libbies jump in a predictable fashion is good fun too.

America lost after 35 years of a debt induced economy, brought on by 5 successive presidents and politicians with no courage to do anything but kick the can down the road.
America lost after 35 years of people believing that you don't have to work for stuff, it just magically appears every time you swipe a plastic card or sign a promissory note.
America lost because the people have refused to deal with any short term pain, and accepted the easy painless answers of whoring politicians.
America lost because the people believed they could amass debt and magically become wealthy in the end and retire worry free.
America lost because the people allowed the wall street banks and their whores in Washington to financialize our economy, while making untold fortunes. They believed they could secure their futures in the process, but have only given away their futures to the bankers who generate profits by the FED simply introducing cash at zero cost.

Yeah we lost alright. But only one of us believes that one party or one party's candidate is responsible.
Trump has little to do with the pain that's coming.

Ya know, when I'm looking for entertainment, I generally turn to less harmful sources. There's some pretty damn good computer games out there.

Voting seems like kind of an important thing and probably shouldn't be done for entertainment and spite.

Well we had the choice of the BUSH/CLINTON corporatist, war mongering, big government, authoritarian dynasty, or not.
Not won out. So that's at least marginally better.

Twitter is a waste of time. Its like fast food. A little bit goes along way and won't hurt you. Trump is addicted. His time would be better spent studying the issues and listening to his advisors. This is the kind of presidency we'll have ... shallow and reactionary..

...and armed with the nuclear codes. The dude is a loose cannon who doesn't appreciate the rights americans have.

    President for all people?

Sure. Tell that to LGBTQ people who fear Pence sending them to re-education counseling camps.

LMAO. What a (*)(*)(*)(*)ing charade this is.
