Trump campaign asks for cut of candidates’ fundraising when they use his name and likeness

Trump 'the billionaire' is squeezing other candidates for cash, a 5% cut if they use his name and likeness in their campaigns. Have you ever heard of this? My gawd, if this doesn't tell people this man is desperate and a liar about being a billionaire, I don't know what does.

I don't think they can legally do this, eh? Any legal eagles want to chime in?

Former President Donald Trump’s campaign has found a new way to press for badly needed cash.

In a letter received by Republican digital vendors this week, the Trump campaign is asking for down-ballot candidates who use his name, image and likeness in fundraising appeals to give at least 5 percent of the proceeds to the campaign.

 

Is there ANYTHING he won't do for money?? It is hard to assess what his wealth actually is due to his constant fabrication and exaggeration of same.
Have legal boundaries ever stopped Trump from increasing his bank balance ?? He is either desperate or is refusing to spend HIS dime on anything.. even getting back into the Oval Office. Why should he, when he can manipulate others to give him money.* after all , he is perfecting his "victim" act.

 

What happened to self-funding his campaign? Oh, yes, it was another lie to con the gullible to support him.

Biden always says "my predecessor" and NEVER says his name (maybe not "never" but I hardly hear it come out of Joe's mouth)
It does make sense though. They want to milk trump with EVERYTHING so they are trying to milk whatever they can too. Shady behavior is important. I'm glad to see Trump campaign is learning from the left.

Seems that all this is Trumps Karma. No one is doing it "to" him. This is consequences for HIS behavior. Behavior that he has gotten away with for far too long.
