Isn't this why the US has federal government has laws against shakedowns like this? So, suddenly NYC or the state of NY can simply take wealth from US citizens. Will Trump get interest on his bond from the state? Or will the state simply spend this windfall and squander it like the Governor and her staff have demonstrated that they will.
