Trump declares national emergency to combat coronavirus, authorizes waiving of laws and regulations

Of his botching of the corona response. Of not having viable test kits until WEEKS after they should have been available. He has been late on every single response. If I'm right, Americans will pay with their lives for his f*** ups.

The US just made it the norm to close schools. People still can spread it at pubs and restaurants.

His huge mis-step was downplaying the initial threat (and he is now playing catch up).

They got the virus. It's already spreading. It's too late for such a measure. The only thing it does, is stop people going to the airport. It's a place where 10.000's of people gather.
