    Trump got us better trade deals with our trading partners. He made NATO members spend more on their own defense. He made effective deals with Mexico and Central American nations on immigration. He got the Abraham accords and peace /trade between Israel and several other nations.

    Many presidents have had affairs. In FDR’s case, I can’t say that I blamed him. Elenor cut him off completely years before he was elected president.

    Being the armchair quarterback is not always what it is cracked up to be. The reality is there really wasn't anything politically or militarily that Obama could do. Neither could GWB when Russia invaded parts of the Republic of Georgia in 2008. In the cases of GBW and Obama, there was no political will to go in militarily other than Russian sanctions as the appropriate response. Neither could Trump because Trump's political philosophy and idealogy would prevent him. Trump is a die-hard isolationist and we learned our lesson, as a nation, on December 7th, 1941 on the price of isolationism.

    The USCMA was not a better trade deal. It was 95% NAFTA with a some moderate modifications. But neither the USCMA nor NAFTA solved the most important issue and that is protectionism, among other things. What Trump did was exchange an old set of tires and replaced them with another set of old tires while calling them "factory fresh tires."

    LOL, that's funny considering that the Trump family has and still has a major influence in China because of their business dealings, directly or indirectly. Most of the Trump business dealings internationally is either in Russia or in China still. Even his own 2020 campaign shirts, hats, etc was made in China.
