    Why?
What's he planning on doing to it?
Surely his followers saw what happened to the guys in 2021 and know the same courts will await them if another attempt is made.

Why didn't he do it the last time he was president? We are seeing more of the end of democracy under the democrats than what Trump supposedly threatened.

It's a line from the democrats -- Trump just turned it against them.

He is hoping for a repeat performance. This time with more experienced insurrectionists who he may believe will achieve his objective. Maybe he thinks they can bust him out of jail, after he loses. I don't think highly of the intelligence of this type of supporters, but I don't think most of them are THAT dumb. However, there are enough fanatics on his side to create some sort of chaos. Which is what he wants.

Repeating a stupid claim is just that...stupid. No matter how anyone tries to justify it.

For over 200 years Congress has met and, without disturbance, counted electoral votes and announced the winner of the Presidential election. On Jan 6, 2021 that streak ended when a bunch of violent thugs forced their way into the Capitol Building forcing the members of Congress to evacuate to safety.

200 years flushed down the toilet all to appease the ego of one man.

If Trump is not held accountable then his failed attempt to overturn democracy turns into a trial run.

Let me make sure I understand what you are saying. You are saying that Trump is responsible for the actions of people who were trying to appease his ego. Exactly, what crime does that make Trump guilty of?

None of the Capitol police were harmed so why do you think members of Congress would be harmed. It was nothing more than a semi-peaceful riot where the mob broke in and acted like morons. The only person harmed was when the Capitol police shot an unarmed lady dead who was climbing through a window.

Voting for Biden or Trump is a "parked vote", a wasted vote, and serves only to endorse the dystopia.

Voting for alternatives really matters as even making a strong showing makes a big difference.

This isn't just America's crisis it is western. Leaders in NATO countries like Canada, Britain, Germany and France need to get the boot.

George Galloway's stunning landslide return to the British Parliament in a by election serves as inspiration to us all -- and has scared the hell out of PM Rishi Sunak and his thugs.

And yet when the libertarians got 17% of the vote in 1994 the only thing either major party cared about was who it cost the election.

The link was Trump making a speech. How many police were harmed and what were their injuries?

There isn't a threat. It is his estimation of what continues to happen to the nation under the continued destructive efforts of Joe Biden.
