Trump Sues Hillary Clinton, Democrats Claiming 2016 Conspiracy

How does a private citizen spy on someone and on what plane was she found guilty? Is it the alternate Q reality where trump is still secretly president?

 

For five years all we heard from the left was Trump was a Russian asset, Putin’s puppet, and he was beholding to Putin. How did those stories start and what changed to where Trump suddenly has clean hands?

 

The only thing this case will prove is how deeply delusional dirty donny is.

 

Not really sure what Trump's endgame here is. The more I think about it, I wonder if he even has one. Or ever did. Either way, this is a bad idea. Geez, just buy an island in the Caribbean and retire. I would.

Also, I was really hoping both him and Hilla would go away and now they'll be in the news for awhile again. I mean, I was starting to hope all of Hilla's "hot sauce" had finally eaten away all the corrupt, pustulent cellulite holding up her body and filling her skull, but no such luck.

About a year ago, when it became apparent that Biden and Harris were making things worse, MSNBC predicted republicans would cheat during the midterms.

And it gets better.

Clinton claimed the election held under Obama was stolen, hacked, rigged, etc.

But under Trump the left said we had the most secure election in history.

And now under Biden the left is already saying the midterms will be corrupted.

Do you see a pattern?

The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Florida, says Clinton and ex-British spy Christopher Steele, along with around 30 others, carried out a plot to “weave a false narrative” that Trump was colluding with Russian actors. The complaint seeks damages amounting to at least $24 million and a jury trial.

I think this is right on from a gut feel position, but it is highly novel (while fascinating). It will be interesting to see how it progresses. I personally don't think it will get far in the court, though the dispositions might be very interesting. Trump thinking way outside the box while Hillary wishes he would leave her box alone.

 

Trump claimed that the election would be stolen by fraud, i.e. Illegal votes, and counting fraud etc. Literally illegal theft.

The left on the other hand is claiming legalized theft by state legislatures. The claim is that the right is putting legislation in place to literally and legally discard the actuall elections and allow a single person in a legislature, or a legislative body in a state the ability to overturn the actually votes and decide the winner themselves.

 

I don't think you know much about what actually happened, if this is all you think actually happened. I tell you what, go read up on the FISA warrants, how they got approved, and how a DOJ lawyer 100% lied to get approval to not just spy on Carter Page, but on the Trump campaign and then presidency. I don't think this lawsuit will go far. In Civil trial, all of his public statements as POTUS and prior will come into play for the jury to determine. He would also have to be deposed if this suit gets serious. And Trump does not like giving depositions of any kind. It's a publicity stunt in my opinion.

 

It's a civil lawsuit, not a criminal case. Trump is trying to say, in not so many words, defemation of character because everyone was conspiring against him in 2016, aka where you get RICO from.

This lawsuit will not go far in my opinion. And if by chance it does gets serious, then it is deposition time for Trump. And Trump does not like deposition. I think his plan is to try to get deposition from eveyone he can and then use those depositions against them in the 2024 Presidential Election. And in most civil lawsuits, the plantiffs get deposed first before the respondents do. But my guess is that Trump's team will have to deal with a dozen or so law firms who will be using every legal manuever to get this thrown out on cause.

 

He’s not going to lose this case. It’s going to be a huge Trump win!

 

This has nothing to do with litigating the 2020 election or Trumps 2024 campaign. It’s about civil penalties for the crimes democrat officials, the deep state, and the lamestream media committed against Trump in 2016 and early 2017.

 

There is no excuse for the democrats and Hillary’s assault upon Trump during the 2016 campaign and after he won during the transition and even the early days of his presidency.
