Please read the ruling. I've linked to the relevant part more times than I can count.

Have you been paying attention. Where is the right of Judicial Review in the constitution. You claim its there.

    Because that's what it says.

Which is as meaningless as the people who say we never landed on the moon, or that Obama was born in Kenya.

It says no such thing. Quote the appropriate part.

This is his reaction to Marbury Madison where SCOTUS stole the power. Im sure you know better than Jefferson

You just quoted the relevant part.

They had the power when the constitution was ratified.
Sure I do. I know better than most people from that era. I know that people are not property as just one example.

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court... and shall extend to all Cases... arising under this Constitution..."

Never claimed any such thing. I thought you learned your lesson about making things up when you got busted for adding an "OR" where there isn't one, lol.

That's not it and I didn't add the or I simply quoted what was written. I then showed you it made no difference. What you posted infers they may have such a power as I said but it does not say they have the power. Just as you keep trying to say the Kim Wong is a case concerning the parents of a child who were here illegally. Talk about busted.

Of course that's it. And you provided an edited quote to try to make your argument. It's the same thing.

And then I pointed out your ignorance of English grammar. If it made no difference you wouldn't have tried to pretend there was an OR there.

It says it in plain English and in no uncertain terms.......The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court... and shall extend to all Cases... arising under this Constitution..."

Another lie. You really have no shame, having been caught more than once. I never said the song case concerned illegal parents. I said the basis for their ruling, English common law, did.

Sigh, you are boring me. Bring something that's relevant to the table. You've been repeating yourself for 20 pages.

I'm not sure what you expect? You've been given the case law. I can't help it you refuse to read it.

What I expect is the argument on how this case applies to a child of someone in the country illegally, but the 14th Amendment didn't apply to Indians who were in the country legally and were not covered by common law exceptions. But you've been asked that over and over in this thread so I don't expect you to answer now.

So you keep claiming. I will ask one last time. Give me the name of the plaintiff in a case before SCOTUS who was not here legally whos parents were also not here legally. I want the name of the Illegal plaintiff parents or child not the case name

We cant expect too much from a person who thinks his rights come from government and that the power of Judicial review is clearly and specifically spelled out in the constitution no matter how often you show him where he goes wrong

You don't seem to be capable of understanding the context of judicial rulings. If anything is clear after 65 pages that is.

There isn't one, and never claimed there was. The WKA case coveres it though.

well, if you can prove this creator exists you'd have a point. Since you can't............

And I've shown you where judicial review is.

Of course I do. And virtually every legal scholar and expert agrees.

In fact, Jefferson dissolved the lower Federal courts so he could appoint new judges and Congress shuttered the SCOTUS for a term by withholding it's funding. Of course that was in the quaint old times before the judiciary was recast as an infallible super legislature.

Well next time you have them over have them prepare their briefs since this will eventually wind up in court.
