    I am much smarter than the average American which is why I also know that Trump's suggestion that medical researchers review whether they can use disinfectants to inject and clean the lungs of Covid-19 is both ****ing stupid and dangerous.

    Once more, with feeling - Do not inject yourself with a disinfectant and do not listen to Trump for any sort of medical advice or knowledge unless he is explicitly and solely quoting a known and identifiable medical expert.

    Point is, he didn't directly say "everyone, drink bleach it cures coronavirus" He used a word "disinfectant.", and bleach is among many. This is the same freaking thing as "miracle cure" that the President never said either!

    Would it KILL people to just be honest? Sure "disinfectant" isn't quite as blaring as "OMG, he told us to drink bleach", but it's the fact of being ACCURATE that is important to people.

    Or used to be important. But we gotta get Trump, we gotta get him out of office. Okay, fine. But I'mma tell people: Him out of office isn't going to make this virus disappear, or make everyone's lives better. He's become the big bad boogeyman since the original boogeyman of collusion with the Russians isn't a thing.

    In any event, Trump's statement was horrible (and utterly indefensible).

    And, everyone knows that Trump's claim that he was being "sarcastic" is an insult to America's intelligence and completely unworthy of being taken seriously.

    Why would it be stupid and dangerous if they can develop an inhalable medicine that could kill the virus, disinfect, in the lungs? We already treat various lung aliments that way.
