Oh well, Kevin was critical of Humpty*** when Rudd was not part of any official/national/government agency.

He is a former Australian Prime Minister not merely a Member of Parliament as Farage called him.

But, Humpty,*** who claims not to know the bloke, say he is 'nasty' and 'not the brightest bulb.'

Well, Rudd may well be nasty but he would run rings around Humpty*** on the light bulb stakes.
