That is for the Defense to decide. Not you. And not the prosecuter. They should have had those tapes to help build their defense.

Trump's fragile ego is his biggest weakness, so easily manipulated by compliments and criticism

"but he has a habit of trashing everyone who disagrees with him. He is a very revengeful man. He has made enemies of many of his close supporters by doing it."

    exactly my point

The only people being fooled are those who genuinely believe there was an insurrection attempt lol. That’s genuinely gullible.

I think I have shown both parts of Trump. There is sure more than meets the eye. Because of his revengeful ways and not believing anyone who disagrees with him, I could never vote for him again. He puts his mouth in gear before his brain can take over. I like most everything he did while in office. Things you on the left have not been told about because of your Party and bias news that has refused to tell most any good things he did. But he did a hell of a lot good for this country. Turned this economy right around from the disaster Obama took it. Fixed the VA where thousands of our vets were dying trying to get in and get good care. Blacks and Hispanics had the lowest unemployment in their history. The middle Class saw the largest wage boost in their history. I could fill this paper with all the things he did. Most you never heard of. I think he got screwed by the Democrats, news media and the FBI. But that is in the past now.

he did not really do anything in office, even when republican controlled the House and Senate, he only passed the tax cuts for the corps

the economy was worse off when Trump left then when he got it... and 25% of the current debt happened under Trump

Trump road the Obama wave as long as he could, then wiped out

The video's recently released indeed showed that. While the vids who are already out showed the picture that a violent mob of well over a 1000 to even 1000's attacked the police at the Capital. Both things are true, and the fascist mob attacking the police should not be disregarded just because it debunks the opinion of Tucker.

And the book wasn't thrown at the Qanon Shaman. The guy attacked the Capitol for the sake to make Trump it's dictator. It's treason and such a crime has the death penalty. Almost all cops have been getting away with killing people for the sheer nonsense of "resisting arrest". These fascists attacked the police and kicked and punched well over a 100 in the hospital. This is FAR more violent that just "resisting". According to the book, they could have all been shot and spare the courts asking for the death penalty. That's according to the book!

And instead of getting the actual book thrown at him, the Qanon Shaman will already be released this year.
So spare us your stupid tears already.

Tucker only nitpicks the footage where the fascists were not attacking cops. While there are endless vids on the web to be found that the fascists attacked cops.
The dude is the American version of Baghdad Bob. And he only does it, because enough people are interested into his utter BS to make a good living out of it.

It's not as if it's deniable that around a 1000 to even 1000's attacked the cops at the Capitol with all the vids and pictures out there.
To just keep on going and deny this happened. I mean. Your random foreigner is laughing their butt of how massively indoctrinated a hell of a lot of Americans are.

I dunno how you think this MAGA movement is going, when this only leads to being the laughingstock of the world.

Only a small number......LOL Either you never saw the footage of the violence, or you are buying & repeating everything Tucker is feeding you. Of course this is exactly what McCarthy wanted when he worked with FOX to whitewash the violence.

Evidence of some people standing around? Evidence of crimes was provided to send people to jail, but how it 17 000 of footage 'evidence' unless it shows crimes, Breaking into the Capitol in itself is a crime even if you just stood there and took selfies.

    Hi, DentalFloss.

    Honest question, honest answer.

The building was open to the public when you were there. On the 6th, it was not open to the public. Temporary barriers were in place. These were breached by the mob. The mob trespassed.

    Regards, stay safe 'n well.

Here is a partial list of the ones they already sentenced and what they did. Several were from gangs. Several others were arrested outside of the Capital, not inside it. No one has been charged with treason, Tucker only showed some of the video the Democrats didn't want you to see. We were fed weeks of theirs and anyone watching the hearings saw them. It shows that qanon Shaman didn't do anything wrong than trespassing. They made a big deal out of him only because the way he was dressed

hansley—a self-described shaman and a follower of the QAnon conspiracy theory—is one of the most recognizable Jan. 6 rioters, thanks to viral photographs of his outlandish getup.

According to court documents, Chansley confessed to federal agents that he was the man photographed in former Vice President Mike Pence’s chair on the Senate dais with his face painted, wearing a horned headdress and no shirt. His imposing image became a symbol of the Jan. 6 attack, though he later expressed regret for storming the Capitol.

“What you did was terrible. You made yourself the epitome of the riot,” Lamberth said in November 2021. “You didn’t slug anybody, but what you did here was actually obstruct the functioning of the whole government. It’s a serious crime.”

Chansley, age 34 at his sentencing, pleaded guilty to one charge: obstruction of an official proceeding. He was sentenced to 41 months in prison.

They could charge that to anyone going into the Capitol

Looking back over those charged, they were charged what they did outside the Capital, not in it. Several who were charged that were inside the Capitol, didn't fight with officers. Carrying a Capitol sign. Having their feet on Pelosi's desk. just a few were charged for fighting officers inside the building.

Sure. They could have and many lucked out. Its up to the prosecution to use Prosecutorial Discretion to decide. In this case they chose to prosecute a known activist as opposed to charging everyone in the building,

They charged him for what he wore, not what he did. That is obvious. He didn't do anything wrong but go inside the Capital and that is the only thing he pled guilty to.

No, its actually what he did, and many others are guilty of the same. I get it. You saw Tuckers version of "peaceful chaos" and now you condone / approve of the attack. We disagree. No big deal.

One there not multiple deaths that is a lie. And there were only 114 injuries as opposed to a 180 in the assault on the white house the proceeding summer those are the official government numbers.
There was one death a young woman who was shot to death by a capitol cop under at best dubious circumstances. Brian Sickness died of something other than blunt force trauma. He was seen on the film walking about and directing traffic in the building well after he was supposedly bludgeoned to death.
I can't help people who won't examine evidence for themselves.

But the clear evidence of the tape is that buffalo hat guy is at best guilty of trespassing. Him supposedly becoming the face of the insurrection was not his idea. And that wasn't an insurrection.
No one is encouraging anyone to riot except Democrats.

The Democrats closed the people's house. The new Republican controlled House has reopened it to the public.

I watched the Committee's videos and not once did we see the Shaman destroy or attack anyone. So where did the evidence come from that convicted him? The guy is a Navy veteran the VA acknowledged has mental health issues. Why would the government go after this guy? Was he really the leader of the mob?

So what, that's how many people feel about politicians who are traitors. Doesn't mean he did anything illegal to cause that. Where's the proof?

You seem a bit too eager to justify the redaction of potentially exculpatory information from being made available to his legal team, something that may have far reaching ramifications.

In fact, I saw on Twitter just 20 minutes ago a video of horny guy on a megaphone asking the crowd to disperse and go home in response to DT's tweet asking the same thing of the crowd. I cannot, however, put any perspective onto it as I have no idea how it fits into the timeline.

It appeared to have been recorded with someone's cell phone, and as such I do not know if it was released to Tucker with the rest of the footage, perhaps after having been confiscated by the J6 primetime TV show, or it reached the public domain through other means, but in either case, that is something that the defense should have at least been made aware of, if the prosecution knew or should have known it existed. If it was sitting on some guy's phone and posted years ago when I was still in my coma (BTW, not for nothing but waking up in late February after having been sedated sometime in November, with all the well-known events that happened in between was a mind-f of epic proportions!), or if it just hit the wire this morning, I couldn't say either way.

Eh, I don't think it's anything new. Remember, back in the day we had a VP that shot and killed the Secretary of the Treasury, which is real bloodsport, and makes todays pols look like amateurs in that category.

Begging the question, why did he plead guilty to a felony for obstructing the Electoral College proceedings on January 6?

He didn't plead to a felony Lee, only that he came into the Capital.

Lee, as you know, every person that went into that Capitol could have been charged with obstruction of an official proceeding. His only crime was going into the Capitol and being dressed like he was that grabbed everyone's attention,
