No surprise there. Degradation of the economy provokes degradation of science and modern industries.
In addition, total corruption in and around the Pentagon also contributes.
And it all leads to the power of the lunatics who run the country.
Judge for yourself - is it possible to call adequate the government that finds money for Ukrainians and Israelis, but has no money for science and the needs of its own population? Obviously, only clinical idiots can do that. Isn't it?
Meanwhile, for example, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a meeting of the board of the Russian Defense Ministry that the share of modern ships in the Russian nuclear triad has reached 100%.
Sergei Shoigu said that the Russian Navy has already incorporated three of the newest nuclear submarine cruisers of the Borei-A project into its combat force.
According to him, the state trials of the Emperor Alexander III strategic missile submarine, which is intended for the Pacific Fleet, are also being completed.
In total, over 130 ships, combat boats and support vessels have been added to the fleets and the Caspian Flotilla since 2018, Shoigu summarized.
Recall, earlier Rostec Deputy CEO Vladimir Artyakov said that the global popularity of Russian Su-35 fighter jets, Ka-52 helicopters, T-90 tanks, heavy flamethrower systems and barrage munitions on the arms market has increased manifold against the backdrop of their use in special operations in Ukraine. The number of orders worldwide is growing exponentially.
    I'm writing this for comparison.

Russia is turning to N. Korea to supply its forces in Ukraine, you really think that they are going to be able to supply other countries?

Prior to the invasion of Ukraine it was generally thought that Russia had the 2nd best military in the world. Now it's obvious that it has the 2nd best military in Ukraine.

As if the existing 5000 weren't more than enough.
