    Antwan......any questions.

It's time for the police to profile.
    Who would be against profiling?
    Let me guess.

What don't you understand that if the police have probable cause to believe you were just involved in an attempted murder and you attempt to flee them taking you into custody they will use lethal force to stop you?

I think it's time Planned Parenthood rescinds it's Margaret Sanger award from Pittsburgh, PA.

Kind of shocking how misinformed some of these folks can be, isn't it?

Don't flee if you're good for a shooting, kiddies. once you've established that you're an eminent danger to the community, you're fair game.

And then they complain the police aren't protecting them.

Some seem to believe that if you can get away GREAT, you didn't let the police catch you for the crime you commit, way to go!

That's not how "probable cause" works, and it for darn sure does not give cops carte blanche to gun down someone for simply trying to run away.

Yes. Conversely, a cop's job is NOT to shoot fleeing suspects, no matter what crime they are suspected of committing. The police ARE NOT judge and jury, and no one's life was in danger, including the cop who pulled the trigger.

Probable cause is for search warrants, not split second decisions in the field.

bullshit. if someone has just shot a bunch of people, how are cops to know they're not on their way to shoot more people. Once a thug makes it known that they are capable of murder/attempted murder they are deemed a danger to the community, and will not be allowed to simply walk away.

Criminals, the left's BFFs, make their own beds.

Has it been proven that this dead guy was, in fact, responsible for the earlier shooting? No, it has not. That makes the cop judge, jury, and executioner.

If adhering to the rule of law makes me a "leftist", so be it.

This was a bad shoot, but I'm sure all you are concerned with is that the officer made it home safe.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the officers didn't confirm if they were unarmed did they? They didn't do a search at the moment in time before they started shooting? If the vehicle was involved in a shooting and the people in the vehicle fled isn't that probable cause? I don't know about this stuff other than light peripheral reading, so I could be way off.

I bet you $500 against the $5.00 you have in the bank that this is a good shoot.

So, you admit nothing has been proven, yet you know it was a bad shoot.

Dude, read what you type before posting.

It's funny, too. the form of government they ache for will have to have millions of cops (secret police?) to enforce all the laws that "fair", "equal", "socially just", "safe", From Each, To Each utopia will require.

Who's going to enforce their gun bans? 80% tax rates? $40 minimum wages? fascist 'green' policies? speech codes?

I don't think the morons have thought that far ahead. per usual.

You miss the point, my right wing friendo....It was a bad shoot because there was no IMMINENT THREAT coming from the deceased.

The cops, and you by extension, always revert to the tried and true, "If he wasn't guilty he wouldn't have run" argument.

Again, IT IS NOT THE JOB OF THE POLICE TO DETERMINE GUILT OR INNOCENCE.

That is why we have a Judicial System that you are so eager to toss out in favor of vigilantism.

So if a person is shooting up a school, all he has to do is turn his back to the police and move away from them and the police shouldn't be able to shoot them?
