and what I said was correct from what I had heard these actions were not legal....I heard people of authority in different places being asked - they were not Trumpsters so obviously not giving his point of view. Max Blumenthal has just been talking about this on Going Underground. He says that in Portland all the people had done was graffiti and in they come on Trump's orders and start being provocative/violent to peaceful protesters. The district attorney of Philadelphia has called them Agent Provocateurs and that was what Blumenthal described. He said after they started attacking peaceful protesters they became more violent as well - Peaceful protest is a democratic right and I think a right by International Law - it certainly is for people who are occupied. Now the District Attorney of Philadelphia while being careful not to say something which could later be held against him said that it certainly looked like some of the Fed Troops actions were illegal and if they acted illegally in Philadelphia they would be arrested just like every one else...Blumenthal on the legality suggested the Homeland Security had brought in all kinds of things after 9/11 which could just about be used if wanted to do anything. As the article said it would need a court to decide. At that time the people of the US will find out if the courts are with them because I personally cannot see it as a right to sent in Federal Troops just for people who have put graffit on Federal Buildings never mind then to start attacking people for peaceful protest....so your link saying it is legal is highly contestable and the information I have been given leads me to believe they are acting on many levels which are illegal even if by some form of words they can assert a legal right to be there.
