I was shocked at seeing this picture. It sure is nothing like what I saw when I was stationed there 50 years ago! We lost the war to the peaceniks but it looks like the desire for capitalism we left behind was stronger than communism/socialism. (I'm currently writing a short story about the River Rats that were based there) And here's another:
