If you really stop to think how vulnerable we are as citizen occupants it should scare you. Not long ago we had people shutting down local power grids by shooting transformer stations with rifles. How easy was that?
Blowing up and felling transmission towers is child's play.
To live we need water, food, and power, all of which can be stopped by a teenager, never mind a motivated, trained terrorist.
Some of our leaders want to allow a million Gaza refugees into the USA. If 1% are terrorists that is 10,000 new terrorists coming to rock your little boat.

 

Every year, between 100 and 200 people who are on the TERROR WATCH LIST are stopped at our southern border. These are just the ones who were CAUGHT! How many made it through? Anyone who can't see this as a clear and present danger is delusional.

 

Better build that wall. Oh, wait, Israel has a wall and tall, high-security fence around Gaza and the West Bank. How did THAT work for them?

 

Why don’t you tell us the number of imaginary terrorist we are not catching?

 

Can you name the leader who is allowing Hamas terrorist in USA?

 

Are you saying they catch ALL of them? We know they only catch a tiny fraction of illegal border crossers.

But, let's say that they catch 50% of illegal border crossers. Would it be reasonable to say they also catch 50% of the terrorists hiding amongst them?

I know english is not your first language, so, let's put this another way:

We KNOW people on the terrorist watch list ARE attempting to cross the border. We know this because they catch dozens, and perhaps hundreds of them every month. We also know that of attempted border crossings, only a fraction of them are caught. In 2021, for instance, documented "got-aways" were about 400,000, 2021 itself was a tiny fraction of the volume of illegal crossings occurring today.

So, it is not a very difficult leap to say that, logically, some number of got-aways include people on the terrorist watch list. By the very nature of 'they got away' it's impossible to arrive at a definite number for you. But you know all this... you're not as stupid as you pretend to be.

 

Can you name anyone who crossed the border illegally and then engaged in an act of terrorism?

Meanwhile how many people have been killed by the use of legally acquired fire arms (especially of the semi automatic variety) in that same time period?

No. But that doesn't mean they haven't, only that I can't name them. We do know, however, that people who are on the terrorist watch list are actively attempting to cross the border. AND, we know that only a fraction of those attempts are apprehended. It is, therefore, logical to assume that some number of people on the watch list are entering illegally. Are they organized and plotting? Who knows? Should we wait until we find out? That depends, for many, amazingly, on their political alignment.

The data show a rise of “special interest aliens” from Afghanistan (6,386), Egypt (3,153), Iran (659), Syria (53, Uzbekistan (12,264), Turkey (30,830), Pakistan (1,163), Lebanon (164), Jordan (185), Iraq (123), and Mauritania (15,594).

These encounters occurred between October 2021 and October 2023.

The Department of Homeland Security confirmed these individuals could pose “a national security risk to the United States or its interests.”

“Often such individuals or groups are employing travel patterns known or evaluated to possibly have a nexus to terrorism. DHS analysis includes an examination of travel patterns, points of origin, and/or travel segments that are tied to current assessments of national and international threat environments,” DHS said in 2019.

An estimated 1.5 million “gotaways” made it into the U.S. under Biden.
