    Violent crime surged across liberal cities during Memorial Day weekend, leaving more than 30 people dead and approximately one hundred injured, according to multiple police departments.

    Major cities including Philadelphia, Chicago and New York saw dozens of fatal shootings over the holiday weekend, multiple police departments told The Daily Caller News Foundation, with victims including women and children.

    In Philadelphia, fifteen people were killed during the weekend violence, police told TheDCNF.

    A 9-year-old boy and his father as they came home from a cookout were among those killed in Philadelphia, CBS-3 reported. Gerald Parks and his son Jamal were sprayed with bullets and killed in their car.…

    T    his Daily Caller News Foundation news story is quite scary. In big city after big city, news media reports are showing huge spikes in violent and deadly crime. This story is very current and very well sourced.

    I’m so glad to live in an exurb, far from any major urban area surrounded by rural areas for at least 60 miles in every direction. 150 miles except to the southeast.

    Oh you won't get 100 pages out of this one. Out of sight out of mind for lefties. It's what I've been saying over and over, deal with the illegals pumping guns over here and get rid of the criminals illegally carrying and we can then talk about gun reform with the law abiding citizens. It's literally the dumbest idea I've ever heard to disarm the law abiding while allowing criminals to have their illegal firearms. I'm not even sure where this dumb azz idea came from but it's the exact reason the msm and lefties try so hard to hammer on the emotions of a tragedy like last week. Look over here once every year or so, not where the problem really is every f'ing day.

    Dont Democrats know that a number 1 rule when making any very important decision is NEVER do it under duress or when you’re overly emotional. You’re not making the decision rationally.

    Some Legal documents can even be null and void if proven you signed them under extreme stress…like a Prenup. Going after the 2nd A is a major policy decision. Democrats are doing everything possible to use this crisis to their advantage. Pure scumbags.

    Why are there so many guns in these cities with the strictest gun control laws in the nation? What makes one think that national laws like those would fare any better?

    There do tend to be more people in cities yes.

    Because they are getting guns from states with loose gun laws. It’s called the iron pipeline. Get guns from where they are cheap and plentiful, then sell them to make a quick buck.
