What did Comey get wrong about the Clinton classified document scandal?

Many on the right say Clinton got away with a crime, yet Comey seems to disagree. He says she was grossly negligent and I would add grossly incompetent, yet he seems to say it did not rise to the level of a crime. Intent seems to be the line that separates foolish and neglectful behavior from a criminal act. What evidence of criminal intent is there to support claims of a crime?

In terms of Comey, I have always seen him as a moderate conservative, thus claims that he is a liberal or a shill seem unfounded. I see no reason why I should not trust his judgment. Am I wrong? Why should I doubt his integrity?

comey, you may remember, threw the 2016 election to trump when he "announced he was opening an investigation" a week before the election.
that was this "weaponization" of justice that stuck us with a self centered boor for 4 tears of insane policy, domestic and foreign.

 

Truth is yes, she was sloppy but it is what she did not do but Trump DID do that is the difference.
