In this context, White admixture studies look at 'Blacks' or 'Hispanics' to determine levels of White heritage and their IQ.

The studies show that 'Blacks' and 'Hispanics' with more white heritage have higher IQ.

Eg:

In the Minnesota Transracial Adoption Study, the IQs of the mixed-race
(Black/White) adoptees averaged between those of the “nonmixed” White and the
“nonmixed” Black adoptees, as expected under a genetic hypothesis (see Table 2).
Results from some other types of studies are also consistent with that hypothesis.
In her review, Shuey (1966) found that in 16 of 18 studies in which skin color
could be used as a proxy for amount of admixture, Blacks with lighter skin color
averaged higher scores than those with darker skin, although the magnitude of the
association was quite low (r=.10)...

...Early studies of brain weight data also fit with
the genetic hypothesis. Bean (1906) found, as did Pearl (1934), that the greater the
amount of White admixture (judged independently from skin color), the higher the
mean brain weight at autopsy in Black groups. More recent data of this nature are
not available...

...Most recently, Lynn (2002) and Rowe (2002) analyzed data from large,
publicly available, archival data sets, which show that groups of mixed-race
individuals have mean scores intermediate to unmixed groups of Blacks and of
Whites. Lynn examined the 1982 National Opinion Research Center’s survey of
a representative sample of the adult population, excluding non-English speakers.
The 442 Blacks in the sample were asked whether they would describe themselves
as “very dark,” “dark brown,” “medium brown,” “light brown,” or “very light.”
The correlation between these self-ratings and a 10-word vocabulary test score
was .17 (p<.01). Rowe examined the 1994 National Longitudinal Study of
Adolescent Health’s survey of a representative sample of youths, with intentional
oversampling of Black children of highly educated parents. The mean age for the
entire sample (9,830 Whites, 4,017 Blacks, and 119 mixed-race individuals) was
16 years. The Black adolescents averaged a lower birth weight, a lower verbal IQ,
and a higher number of sexual partners than did the White adolescents. For each
characteristic, the mixed-race mean fell between the means of the other two
groups. Rowe found the social class explanation of the group differences “un-
convincing” because, of the three variables, only verbal IQ showed a moderate
correlation with social class and statistically adjusting for it left the main findings
unchanged. He also rejected the “discrimination based on skin tone” hypothesis
because it was eliminated by deliberately selecting only those mixed-race ado-
lescents who were judged by their interviewers to be Black, based on their
physical appearance...

Further, the correlation between skin color and IQ doesn't hold within families, suggesting the correlation is due to skin color being a proxy for race related IQ genes, not "discrimination based on skin color".

Previously, we established that skin color and intelligence are correlated in the NLSY97 sample as predicted by hereditarian theory. Continuing this investigation, we looked into how these variables go together within and between African American families in the same sample. In other words, we wanted to know if lighter-skinned individuals tend to be smarter than their darker-skinned siblings just as the average light-skinned black in the general population is smarter than the average dark-skinned black.

The significance of this family study design is that hereditarian theory predicts that skin color will be substantially associated with IQ between families, but not within families. That is, if we have two African American siblings the darker one should be approximately as likely as the lighter one to be the smarter of the two. This is because skin color is controlled by a handful of genes, scattered across different chromosomes, and each (full biological) sibling is equally likely to inherit any variant. Skin color cannot be used as a proxy for ancestry when comparing siblings. (Possible linkage between “white” skin color alleles and “white” IQ alleles could cause skin color and IQ to be associated within families, too, but as skin color is controlled by a few large-effect genes and intelligence by perhaps hundreds of genes, each with tiny effects, any within-family effect would have to be extremely small.)

In the general African American population, genes for lighter skin and other “white” genes nevertheless tend to go together, with the best estimate for the correlation being rho=0.44 (Parra et al. 2004). The processes that can maintain this correlation are cross-assortative mating (lighter and whiter blacks tend to have children together) and continuous gene flow from the white population. This makes it possible to use skin color as a proxy for ancestry. Using a family design, we can also test if there are pleiotropic genes that influence both skin color and intelligence...

While this analysis of course isn’t conclusive — more and larger samples are needed to obtain adequate statistical power — the within- and between-families results do suggest that skin color is not causally connected to IQ or educational attainment. Light skin color does not seem to cause higher IQ or educational achievement either through pleiotropy or because of color discrimination — otherwise the within-families correlations would have been similar to those obtained between families. Colorism, the theory that discrimination based on skin color is a major source of socioeconomic differences, appears to not apply within the African American population, at least as far as IQ and educational attainment are concerned...

While there’s a tendency towards predicted correlations, even some significant ones, I don’t think these very small half- and step-siblings sample can teach us much.

There are some samples other than the NLSY97 that may enable between and within family analyses of skin color effects. Perhaps we’ll tackle them at some point and also consider a wider range of outcome variables.

Since I've gone through the arguments by liberal Creationists pretty extensively, I have not found one shred of evidence in the form of a study, science or some other source to show Blacks and Whites are equally intelligent.

We have brain volume differences, regression toward the mean, G-loaded cognitive tests, IQ testing, culture neutral testing, adoption studies, child studies; every conceivable way to measure an aspect of intelligence; and they have all shown differences in cognitive ability between Blacks and Whites.

Is there any shred of evidence on which liberal Creationists are clutching to support their prejudiced belief that ethno-racial groups miraculously stopped evolving from the neck up?
