In the name of Allah, The True Just One.
I will start this by stating the following: Without Justice, there is no Law.

When it comes to law, it is supposed to be the application or administering of justice. Which the current theorem of Criminal Justice in the United States and I am sure all over the planet, law is a matter of vengeance, revenge and the administering of law(s). When there is law, it is established to maintain a certain order of this current and present world. This makes law in this current and present world based on other than true justice. Maintaining order does not denote justice at all, if there are any students of this world's history, past and present included, you know as a matter of fact that justice is nowhere to be found in the court systems of this current and present world. From conquest to colonialism to the nadir period of the United States, laws were and still are enforced that have to do with maintaining order. What order? It is the order that is meant to maintain systems of dominance and control so that the very few enjoy true freedom and equality amongst themselves. Note that I decidedly did not include the word justice, because even among this group, there is no justice for the entire group. I say this because they afflict and afflict other with great injurious harm without any repercussions from the masses of the people. I could and can go into detail about what is being done about this situation, as well as them but I will not. This is a post about what most perceive as justice but has nothing to do with justice.
