    The new site will take months before, if ever, it replicates the functionality of the old.

    Simply because it is, in its curent form, merely a stepping stone to the discussions held on the old site. The failure to carry over posts means simply that it will not be used as anything more than a bridge to somewhere else.

    But if you like unrelentingly pointless measurements of your "performance", it is for you.

    My book marks to this and the old back site wouldn't get me here..I had to do a search and come back through the back door and then reset bookmark.
    Let the others at Forum4politics know..this may happen to others as well..
