‘Snake’ Michael Gove sacked as PM ‘calls bluff’ of Cabinet ministers telling him to quit https://inews.co.uk/news/politics/b...net-he-wont-quit-after-no-10-showdown-1727938 If Michael Gove is a snake - what is Boris Johnson then?
Boris is in a buoyant mood! https://edition.cnn.com/2022/07/06/uk/boris-johnson-uk-government-collapse-gbr-intl/index.html
Boris Johnson and Donald Trump are much alike - sad for those countries that had to be under their leadership.
This old saying comes to mind: “You can fool some of the people all of the time, and you can fool all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.” Whoever said so, he was probably right.
How will he pay for the upkeep of his 10 children? Genuine Prince of Darkness goes, another Prince or Princess of Darkness set to arrive. Evil will replace evil seamlessly.
I hope at least we can understand what they say and don't hopelessly bumble. More seriously, someone who has à proper relationship with the truth.

Unfortunately he was in post long enough to do first great harm and then...nothing of any good or use. I can only hope that the British people have learned that proper leadership is not a three ring circus run by a clown.
Besides his lack of honesty and decency, Boris never had any political conviction (yes, pretty much like Trump!). He's a pure opportunist! He was pro EU when he was working for the Commission in Brussels years ago. He embraced Brexit when, as London Mayor, he realized there might be an avenue there leading him to the Prime Minister office. Like Nigel Farage, he lied about all the benefits Brexit would bring to Britain and the British people. He didn't hesitate to push Theresa May under the bus, when, as a member of her government, he opposed a soft Brexit that he later adopted. That included a formal and complex agreement with the EU, agreement he's now trying to renegate. After an endless list of scandals and lies he uttered, even during parlementary Question Time, and more than 40 ministers and secretaries resigned in just 24 hours, he's being pushed to the exit, at last.
@ Liz Truss https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liz_Truss Will she become the new party leader - or maybe the new Prime Minister? What are her chances?
Unbelievably he takes no responsibility for his dowfall. He blamed the Tory MP's and herd instinct!!! He is hoping something will save him. IMO he must go today. Get exit done. Leave has to mean leave.
