Just what debate has Clinton refused? What policy decisions has she refused to disclose? Bernie has yet to fully disclose his tax return. Hillary has released at least 8 years of her tax returns. http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-m...-sanders-has-released-few-tax-returns-compar/

ROFL no I keep asking the right ones showing you guys don't know what you are talking about with regards to his tax return and the audit nor can you even give a straight correct answer on what you expect to find in them because what you claim to be seeking is not in a tax return. It's in the financial disclosure he has already filed.

Oh and I've answered your question many times over I have no obligation to keep repeating myself.

    - - - Updated - - -

Well in the current race to come the second biggest so he can't be first overall and with the only President to walk into a federal court and commit perjury and obstruction of justice and wave his finger at the American people denying what he later admitted to be truthful in order to save himself in the election that at least makes him third doesn't it.

Yes I know yet some are salivating to get his tax return, even before it has been accepted by the IRS, because they think it will.

You list shares you sold, their cost basis and then any profit or loss. The IRS does not track your individual holdings, just what you sold and any profits, thus tax liability, or loss, thus tax credit against profits.

On what form do you list every share of stock you own, and it's current value which of course could be different an hour later, and the current value of all property you own on your tax return?

No it can't and certainly can't determine a persons net worth. You don't list all your holdings on a tax return. You list income activity from all the various economic activities you engage in. If the IRS audits you they may want you to produce some records of your holdings to verify cost basis and dates sold, but that does not become part of your return.

I would like you to cite a respect economist or tax accounting expert state that we can determine his net worth with any accuracy from his tax return. He has filed his financial disclosure forms listing what your are asking for, getting this tax return is not going to tell you anything more about his holdings or net worth than that in fact far less.

I never understood this colloquial requirement that everyone who runs for President has to make their tax returns public. If you want more information then get the FEC to beef up the financial disclosure form and narrow the reporting ranges.

We don't have to say why we want his tax return. We don't have to say what we expect to find. We want them. Now....he does not have to give them. But he is the one who wants something from us.....our vote. And we don't have to give him that either.

Well yes you should be able to give a simple justification for your demand to have them NOW before they are complete and why you are so salivating to get them. So far all your reasons have not stood up to scrutiny. Why don't you spend your time reading his financial disclosure and learning what you so deliberately seek? Then when his tax return is complete he says he will release it to you. And I doubt he is counting on your vote anyway.

What if he didn't last year and did nothing illegal or unethical in doing so? All his deductions and credits, all legal, and obvious huge losses he would have to have incurred were documented in the audit. Then so what, the tax laws are the tax laws no one is OBLIGATED to pay more than they owe are they? And of course the alternative minimum tax would kick in. But then when Romney filed his tax return and reported an effective rate of 14%, a rate that low because he gave SO MUCH to charity, could have been even lower but he did not claim all the donations he made, and you guys then attacked him for using charity to not pay a higher rate.

So seems Trump is going to attacked whether he gave a lot and lowered his rate or gave nothing to charity.

No we don't. Trump wants something from us. He wants it more than anything. So we can ask for what we want from him. We want it just because we want it. The other candidates gave it to us. We only want the exact same thing from him. If trump doesn't like it he can take his ball and go home. Lol

If you want the exact same thing then you will wait until his return is finalized and accept by the IRS because until then it is not the exact same thing. And no you can't ask for and get anything you want as in we never got Bill Clinton's medical history that was asked for. Obama's original long form birth certificate as asked for you guys went through the roof over that didn't you. Hillary speech transcripts have been asked for and she has refused to submit them so where is your outrage? And through the IG at the State Department we have asked her and her staff to speak to the use of email during her administration and she has refuse to talk and now we learn her CoS is refusing to give testimony in a court order deposition. Where is your outrage?

His return will be released when the IRS says it is accepted and finalize and their time table for that is not political is it.

But he hasn't made statements about that. Clinton promised to release the transcripts when others did. She lied and still lies about it.

It's bulls__t. Trump has no intention of releasing his tax returns because he knows that will infuriate many tax-conscious voters who feel a Presidential candidate should love the country he seeks to lead enough to pay his share of taxes to.

Not a Hillary supporter here, but Trump is way beyond the pale of what is acceptable as a POTUS. He's so obviously a fraudulent shmuck that I cannot even look at his annoying face where all of his insincerity and bull (*)(*)(*)(*) is so clearly written. He's Dorian Gray's portrait.

I looked at the Clintons tax return for 2014. Income of $28 Million - they are certainly way way up in the 1%, and all that talk of being poor LOL.

But the interesting part was their claim of $5,159,242 in deductions. $3,022,700 was supposedly to "charity" - $22,500 was to churches; $3,000,000 was to the Clinton Foundation. Total scam. Out of $28 Million their bleeding heart liberal compassion can only muster $22,500 (0.08%) to help people.

And I thought Joe Biden was a complete Grinch, the Clintons have him beat by a long shot.

And how do you think the Clintons, who are very wealthy, are going to do that? Of course there is always the possibility that Trump isn't wealthy at all and that is the reason he won't release his records.

If he pays all taxes due then why would any one be upset? And what is his share of taxes? What is your share of taxes? What is the share of taxes of the bottom 50% of earners?

    - - - Updated - - -

His tax return will not show that. His financial disclosure form he has already released shows his wealth.

Again what do you expect to be upset about. If he pays ALL the taxes he is LEGALLY obligated to pay why would you be upset? And again they are not going to show you his wealth. You keep demanding he release them even before they are finalized for totally specious reasons.

He is being audited because he cheats, because he pays zero to little tax as he brags about. How can a billionaire who has his own plane, financing his own campaign lots of body guards be paying zero taxes? the last billionaire who claim and brag about paying little to zero taxes was Al Capone.

We do not need a good reason. We want them. We wanted them from everyone else and they complied. He wants our vote. This is how it works. Give to get.

    True.

But, at least, Al Capone was a stand-up guy.

Unlike Trump's pathologically paranoiac crybaby routine.

Actually we know exactly what we want. He is under no obligation to provide it. And we are free to crucify him for it.
