Very simple poll simply because I'm curious, but also because I'm obsessed with statistics in general.

So for anyone here who uses Windows, which version do you currently use and/or spend the most time on?

For me, I'm sticking with 7 because it's been reliable for me and 8 isn't anywhere good enough for me to justify upgrading.

I totally Hate 7. It has no decent email program. There is that large space on the left that you cannot make smaller and the type is too small to read in too small a space. If you aren't into email you won't care.
I'd even prefer Windows 98SE. (which I had and still have the disc for)

I'm also not upgrading to Windows 8.
This new policy of trying to oversimplify the graphic interface, and make it more like the tablet version is appalling. I don't like their integrated "Windows store," and having to input my personal information in the OS either.
If Windows stays on the same track, I'm either gonna stay on Windows 7 forever, or switch to Ubuntu/Linux mint.

Windows 3.1 for me. It suites my daily need to play Solitaire and Mine Sweeper.

How do you access the web on such an ancient OS? The most you could probably do on IE 1 or the Mosaic browser is access a bunch of bundled text. Sites like this would be jumbled all over the page.

Windows XP works for me. Microsoft still supports it with security updates.

Not for long, and then Microsoft starts announcing the location of security problems, but doesn't fix them.
At work we are mostly Win 7, but we have some xp because some of the older apps don't run the same on Win 7, so we need to do a little upgrading.
