First, thanks for the link. That video gives a much better picture than the "story" in the OP did. As I have said many times, I like to see the actual subject for myself rather than someone else's take on it.
Two things jump out at me on that video. It's hard to hear, and he isn't exactly projecting energy in that video! lol
It is easy to see what Biden's critics aim at sometimes. He isn't the most energetic president we've had, to put it mildly.
Second thing is this, that the article badly mischaracterized what was said. He didn't actually say his uncle was eaten by cannibals, just that the plane went down in an area that was inhabited by a cannibal tribe, I think the intended idea was that it was hostile territory. Only one of the crew of four was recovered. But there was some insinuation there.
Biden is definitely not the best speaker out there. I still think the article was blatantly mischaracterization, but thanks again for the video.
When it comes to public speaking, Trump does take the lead. He is more charismatic, and sometimes funny and entertaining. But both get mixed up and neither one is what I would consider a great orator.
