    Which shows a number of women who get abortions do so because they feel overwhelmed ... do we really want to force a woman who
    already feels overwhelmed to carry to term? Just read the headlines - woman drowns 3 kids in tub. Woman drives over cliff with three children in car ...

    Those solutions also come with medical ramifications. Some women are allergic to many forms of birth control, some develop medical
    conditions after the pregnancy is discovered, some woman have had major side effects from hysterectomies. ... there is a serious problem
    among anti-abortionists in NOT TREATING each woman as an individuals, rather than a one solution fits all incubator.

    Agree you have to ask yourself why noone is doing anything. The left had super majorities under obama, no federal law even when everyone knew Roe is on shaky ground. The left has majority today and could easily get enough senators to sign on to a 16-20 week abortion law but nope let's use it for votes and never ever do anything about it. Same way with illegal immigration, all talk!

    Is there really any difference to the fetus if it's aborted at 6 weeks than if it's miscarried at 6 weeks?
    Talk to God about not making every uterus perfect.

    Should probably start a "abortion registry" to track repeat offenders and offer them some sex education on how to prevent unwanted pregnancy

    I bet you, a large proportion of abortions happen because the woman worry about what happens when the men in their lives (boyfriend, husband, father) find out.

    It's sort of like the difference between someone dying in a drive-by shooting vs dying from a stroke. There may not be a difference to the victim, they've just died either way, but there's a difference to the rest of society. The former involves an abhorrently evil act.

    What exactly does "settled law" mean to you? What are the implications of something being "settled law", in your view? And how does something become "settled law" anyways?
