I'll skip the more incoherent stuff and address the "Hollywood exec" part. Your explanation couldn't be true. They are only 2% of the population. Everybody else would be a lot more nearby and convenient for these executives, yet they specifically hire their fellow Jews time and time again, to the point where they have almost a monopoly on the entire industry. I can't say I blame them. They have a shared ethnic heritage as a group and the product that they put out reflects heavily on this heritage, as well as their culture and customs. In order to get that product, they hire amongst themselves, since they work more cohesively towards that product, being of the same culture and mindset. But it is interesting how this group is usually the loudest one proclaiming the benefits of diversity. I don't think they would tolerate industries that they don't own practicing this level of ingroup preference and/or nepotism.
